Classes & Services

Ashland Yoga Center provides so many different classes, including two options specially made for those expecting moms. Gentle yoga explores yoga with dynamic and slow movements, which is the perfect slow-moving and restful experience. They offer modifications and personable attention, making this the ideal class for expecting moms and moms recovering from birth.

Additionally, the center offers prenatal yoga as it is an indispensable tool to help ready you for the bodily and emotional changes in pregnancy, birth, and motherhood. Consequently, in this class, the instructor will guide you through movements that increase your body’s strength, stamina, and flexibility and encourage an optimal baby position for birth. You will engage in breath awareness to quiet your mind and tap into your mama wisdom. The flow of this class will help you gain trust in yourself, your body, your baby, and the normal birth process. You can take this class while expecting or right after giving birth to help you get back in the grove with your post-baby self. You can then transfer into other classes to whichever fits your needs and wants the best.

They also offer Buti Yoga, Flow Core, Power Core, Chinese Yoga, and Yin, from slow and steady to intensive and challenging. There are many different classes for all levels, so check them out for the best fit for you.
